When attending, please bring:

  • Photo ID for the person requiring support.
  • Evidence of Universal Credit, either on your mobile phone or as a printed copy.

If you are an asylum seeker or refugee, please bring your Home Office documentation or other relevant immigration paperwork instead of Universal Credit evidence.

Home Delivery Support

If you are unable to travel to the food bank because of disability or significant mobility needs, you may be able to request our limited free home delivery service.

To be considered for home delivery, the main service user must normally be in receipt of a disability-related benefit and either:

  • live alone and be unable to travel to the food bank, or
  • live in a household where all members are unable to travel to the food bank.

Supporting evidence may be requested as part of our assessment. Home delivery cannot be guaranteed and is subject to eligibility and volunteer capacity.
