Making a Referral
Before submitting a referral, please ensure that the person you are referring is aware of the referral and has agreed for their information to be shared with Crescent Food Bank.
Please provide accurate information about the service user's circumstances and the reason support is required. This helps our volunteers assess the referral and provide the most appropriate assistance.

Home Delivery Referrals
Our limited free home delivery service is intended for people who are unable to travel to the food bank because of disability or significant mobility needs.
For a home delivery referral, the main service user must normally be in receipt of a disability-related benefit and either:
- live alone and be unable to travel to the food bank, or
- live in a household where all members are unable to travel to the food bank.
We may request supporting information or evidence from the referring professional before approving a home delivery request. Delivery is subject to eligibility and volunteer capacity.
